    • Provide technical support for Windows/macOS/iOS, printers and PBX phones.
    • Perform Azure, Intune, Entra, Active Directory, ESXi and Windows Server administration.
    • Perform basic L2/L3 switch and wireless access point management.
    • Completed onboarding of all iOS devices to Microsoft Intune.
    • Began migration of PCs from Active Directory to Entra ID + Intune.

    • Provided technical support for CentOS/RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu, other Linux distributions and Windows Server.
    • Performed configuration of BIOS/IPMI, RAID cards and network cards.
    • Performed OS installs with custom partitions/LVM/RAID, firewalls and software/script installation. (i.e. ESXi, Proxmox, etc.)
    • Provided datacenter technicians with instructions to rack servers, reconfigure server hardware and troubleshoot network/hardware issues. This required understanding network cable and fiber optic types, datacenter/networking terminology and server architecture.

I am an IT specialist with roughly two years of experience. My experience has exposed me to desktop support, Windows Server & Linux server support, Microsoft Intune MDM, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID/365 and networking. I am also currently completing my Bachelors of Science in Information Technology, with an expected graduation date of December 2025.
